At Hanleide Furniture, quality is a system of measurable standards, rigorous testing, and proven materials that every piece must pass before leaving our factory. We organize our commitment around three core pillars: Safety, Comfort, and Durability.
Sewing needles can break during production. A fragment left inside a sofa is a serious hazard — invisible but capable of injuring end users. At Hanleide, every single product passes through a metal detector calibrated to detect fragments as small as 0.8 mm. This is 100% inspection, every time. Any alarm triggers immediate quarantine, inspection, and re-scan. Results are logged per batch for full traceability. Learn more →
We test every batch of foam and fabric against global standards: TB117-2013 (US), BS5852/BS7177 (UK), EN13501-1 (EU), and SOR/2016-194 (Canada). All our fabrics are certified TB117-2013 Passed. For lead content, we meet CPSIA §101(a) (100 ppm limit), SOR/2018-83, and EU REACH. Our wood panels are sourced from CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI certified suppliers — the world's strictest formaldehyde emission standards. Full compliance details →
We combine High-Resilience (HR) foam (min. density 35 kg/m³, IFD 30–60 N, resilience ≥ 65%) with premium blended fiber for the comfort layer. Two options available:
We do not recommend pocket coils — their non-woven wrapping oxidizes over time, causing uneven support. Learn more →
We use only 100% natural fiber fabrics — breathable, skin-friendly, and comfortable in all seasons. Our range includes 100% Linen (450 gsm), 100% Cotton (630 gsm), 50/50 Linen-Cotton Blend (450 gsm), and 100% Hemp (650 gsm). Explore fabrics →
Every fabric is tested before production: Martindale Abrasion — 30,000 to 40,000+ cycles (vs. 15,000–20,000 industry standard); Pilling Resistance — Grade 4.0/5.0. Test reports maintained per batch. View reports →
Two frame options: Solid Wood (kiln-dried hardwood, mortise and tenon joinery) for maximum strength, or Plywood + Solid Wood Support for reliable performance at a better value. Two seat support systems: Sinuous Springs (industry standard, medium-soft feel) or 8-Way Hand-Tied Springs (premium, each coil tied individually for a luxurious deep-cushion feel). Webbing is not recommended — it loses tension and causes sagging. Compare options →
We test every batch against five indicators, set above industry norms: Density ≥ 35 kg/m³, IFD 30–60 N, ILD Support Factor ≥ 2.8%, Resilience ≥ 65%, and Compression Fatigue (hardness loss < 6%, thickness loss < 3%). Full foam standards →
